The Logic
We solve the problems
everyone else buries.
In most hazardous streams, the contaminant is a fraction of one percent of the total mass. The rest is soil, water or process material. New Zealand has been paying to bury the 99% to get rid of the 1%. We built Regen on the opposite logic.
Separate
The contamination is the target, not the tonnage. Mechanical first, chemical second. Separation is what divides a process that recovers from one that relocates the problem.
Concentrate
Tonnes of contaminated material collapse into kilograms of concentrate. Hazardous mass leaving site drops by up to 1,000 to 1. What once left as a truck fleet leaves as drums.
Close the loop
Recovered material goes back to use. Recovered chemistry goes back to the industries that run on it. The liability ends onshore.
The Bill
The burial economy is breaking at both ends.
1m³ → 6m³
Stabilise-and-landfill turns one cubic metre of toxic sludge into six of landfill. The contamination doesn't disappear. It's diluted and buried with the liability attached.
$3–5B
New Zealand's estimated remediation bill over the next 20 years, as buried legacy meets erosion, flooding and redevelopment.
Levy, rising yearly
Burial gets more expensive and recovers nothing. Every increase widens Regen's gap.
The Platform
Regen. One core, fitted to every stream.
Regen is Graymark's separation-first recovery platform. Containerised plant, built in Nelson. It processes at our facility or deploys to your site in days.
The Chemistry
Four classes of contamination cover almost everything New Zealand buries. Regen targets the class, not the bulk. In a single pass it separates 90 to 99.9%+ of the target fraction from the host material, and on the right chemistry, contaminants leave below laboratory detection.
Every job closes with independent verification. The chemistry decides the treatment. The streams below are just how it arrives.

Heavy Metals
Arsenic, copper, chromium, lead, boron.

POPs
Organochlorines, PCBs, DDT, dieldrin, lindane.

PFAS
In soil and water. Separated and concentrated. Drums, not truckloads

Mixed & Complex Streams
Sludges, leachates, hydrocarbons, tars, glycols. Multiple contaminants, any state

WHO WE WORK WITH
We exist because the
infrastructure doesn't.
No country should bury chemicals it then reimports. Graymark is a family company with three decades in hazardous waste. We have seen every version of the burial economy from the inside. We exist because we know exactly what gets buried, where, and what it will cost this country to dig it back up.
