Our Projects
Pioneering a New Era of Waste Innovation ·
Request a Demo ·
Graymark Projects represent a portfolio of industrial technologies redefining how waste is managed, processed, and repurposed. Each platform applies engineering precision and innovation to recover value from complex waste streams across primary industries.
Our work spans chemical recovery, carbon capture, circular fuel supply, and energy regeneration — advancing the shift toward a cleaner, closed-loop economy.
Current Projects
Project Regen
Pilot 2: Live
A truly-circular Chemical Recovery System.
Adaptable waste treatment system that recovers renewable materials from chemical and industrial waste. Regen's mechanical plant and chemical process extracts valuable compounds that would otherwise be lost to landfill or disposal — creating cleaner processes building recycled feedstocks, and diverting that volume from landfill.
Project Aether
Pilot Launching 2026
Building the Future of Circular Energy.
Every year, millions of tonnes of organic and industrial by-products are burned, buried, or lost. Project Aether is developing a new class of waste refinery and catalyst systems that convert this material into clean fuels, gas and base chemicals.
Project Origin
In Development
Returning Renewables to Industry
Project Origin is building the infrastructure to process, refine, and supply recovered fuels, chemicals, and materials back into New Zealand’s primary industries — completing the circular chain. Origin takes the outputs from Graymark’s Regen and Aether recovery systems and returns them to market as specification-ready inputs.
Project Arc
In Development
Converting end-of-life waste into renewable fuels.
Converting residual waste into usable energy, advanced materials, and circular carbon sources for industry.
Arc is currently in the research and design phase, focused on scaling compact, high-throughput heat and energy recovery systems.
